Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Welcome to HWA Invoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HWA Invoice website and SaaS application (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About HWA Invoice

HWA Invoice is a web-based invoice management service designed to help businesses and professionals manage invoice information more efficiently.

Depending on your subscription plan, the Service may allow you to upload invoices, read and extract invoice information, organize invoice records, and use other invoice-management features provided through the platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • You may not create or use an account for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HWA Invoice only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Service.
  • Upload malicious software, harmful code, or files intended to damage or compromise the Service.
  • Use the Service to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or improperly reproduce the Service or its underlying technology.
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent reasonable usage or security limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or operational risk.

4. Uploaded Content and User Responsibility

  • You retain responsibility for the invoices, documents, information, and other content that you upload to HWA Invoice ("User Content").
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your User Content through the Service.
  • You are responsible for reviewing extracted or automatically processed invoice information before relying on it for accounting, tax, financial, legal, or business purposes.
  • HWA Invoice is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

5. Subscription Plans

  • HWA Invoice may offer free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid plans may include, depending on the plan selected, additional features, storage, processing capabilities, or other functionality described on the pricing page.
  • Current subscription prices and included features are displayed on the HWA Invoice pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • The subscription will remain active for the applicable billing period unless canceled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.

6. Payments

  • Payments for paid subscriptions may be processed through our authorized payment provider, including Paddle, or through another payment method that we explicitly make available on the Service.
  • For payments processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as the authorized payment provider and may process the transaction, applicable taxes, and payment-related information in accordance with its own terms and policies.
  • The amount charged through an electronic payment provider may include applicable taxes, VAT, or other charges required by the provider or applicable law.
  • Where HWA Invoice offers a manual payment method such as Zain Cash Manual, the payment amount and payment instructions displayed on the Service apply to that manual transaction.
  • Manual payments may require review and approval before the corresponding subscription is activated.

7. Automatic Renewal

  • Paid subscriptions processed as recurring subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • The applicable renewal price will be the price presented to you at the time of renewal, subject to any applicable changes communicated in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish it to renew.

8. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a paid subscription through the cancellation method made available by HWA Invoice or the applicable payment provider.
  • Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily result in an immediate refund for the current billing period.
  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund & Payment Policy, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the period that has already been paid for.

9. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Please review the Refund & Payment Policy before purchasing a paid subscription.
  • Where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights will apply regardless of any provision in these Terms.
  • For manual payments, refunds and payment reversals may be subject to verification of the transaction and the applicable payment method.

10. Taxes

  • Applicable taxes, VAT, or similar charges may apply to purchases depending on the customer's location, transaction details, payment provider, and applicable law.
  • Where taxes are collected or calculated by our payment provider, the amount displayed at checkout may include such taxes.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The HWA Invoice Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and other platform materials, is owned by or licensed to HWA Invoice and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of HWA Invoice intellectual property to you.

12. User Content and License

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • To operate and provide the Service, you grant HWA Invoice a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and otherwise handle your User Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
  • We do not claim ownership of your invoice documents merely because you upload them to the Service.

13. Privacy

  • Your use of HWA Invoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information and other information associated with your use of the Service.

14. Service Availability

  • We aim to keep HWA Invoice available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
  • The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Third-Party Services

  • HWA Invoice may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, document processing, or other functionality.
  • Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.
  • We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimers

  • HWA Invoice is provided as a software service.
  • We do not guarantee that automatically extracted, processed, classified, or displayed invoice information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
  • You are responsible for reviewing important information before using it for accounting, tax, financial, legal, or business decisions.
  • Nothing in the Service constitutes accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HWA Invoice and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to HWA Invoice for the Service during the applicable period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, create a security risk, or abuse the Service.
  • You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time, subject to any applicable billing and refund terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to access paid features may end. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

19. Changes to the Service

  • We may modify, update, add, or remove features from HWA Invoice from time to time.
  • We may also update subscription plans or pricing. Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated appropriately.

20. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • When we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
  • Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HWA Invoice and its business, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
